What data this site gathers, how it uses that information, and what it does not collect or share. This policy is effective September 2026.

The quote tool

To generate a quote, the form collects: sex, birthdate, your self-reported health status, tobacco use, desired coverage level, and term. These facts go to the carriers' quoting system to return pricing and are not kept by this site. You never provide your name, address, phone or email to see quotes. Identical repeated requests may be served from a temporary cache to avoid redundant quoting calls.

Applying

If you decide to apply, your quote answers are used to pre-fill the secure application form run by the carrier's system. You proceed under that platform's privacy rules. Susman Insurance Agency, a California-licensed agency (License 0B75129), oversees applications.

The contact form

The contact form requests your name, email, an optional phone number, your preferred reply method, a message topic and your note. It goes to the agency by email using your email as the return address. The site stores no copy of the message, no submission database, and no log of what was said. A brief security check runs in your browser before sending.

Measurement

Page-view counting happens through first-party, cookie-free measurement running from this domain. No tracking cookies or local storage are placed; your IP address is masked before logging; referrer information is stripped; logs are discarded after ninety days. Visitors with Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control enabled in their browser are not tracked.

What we do not do

Your information is not sold, shared with others, or used for advertising tracking. We do not install third-party analytics. The only external code is the carrier's application system on the apply page, and it only loads if you visit that page.
